This Shipping Policy refers to the photo products, which are available on the website www.lifephotos.com.cy and may be ordered by clients. The products may be delivered in digital or printed format. This shipping Policy refers also to any Album Products which is considered a custom product, therefore any ordered customised album is non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that delivery options and expected shipping times of the ordered products may be changed according to the client’s address as filled in on the order form. Payment of orders is due in full when the order is placed.
Shipping costs are based on the point of destination. The cost of shipping for the order is non-refundable. The delivery date may differ due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of transfer and the amount of items ordered. It may vary between 2 and 4 weeks after payment for the print product is received. The digital product may be received within 48 hours (2 business days) after payment is received.
Depending on client’s location, as well as, the size of your order, the additional shipping costs may be applied. If you apply for a rush shipment, it will be provided for an additional charge. All rates are subject to change at any time.
When you buy our products by telephone, mail order, or through our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for any reason and without a justification.
Client can choose to have the order delivered to the home or office address. www.lifephotos.com.cy promises to do its best to make sure client’s order is delivered on time and without any damage. Nevertheless, due to some times of peak demand (Easter, Christmas, Valentine’s Day etc.) shipping may take longer than expected.
Clients usually receive the orders between 2 and 4 weeks. If more than 4 weeks have passed customer should email us at email@example.com so that we may review the status of the order and resolve it. If the item (Print Photo) is in the same condition that was delivered, the client is eligible for a return. In such case the item should be returned in the original packaging and a receipt or proof of purchase is required. The item should be send back to our address shown on www.lifephotos.com.cy.
Refunds are not granted for sale item and if the regular priced items have been opened and if it is not in its original condition, or damaged, or for any reasons not due to www.lifephotos.com.cy error. Any item that is returned more than 24 hours after delivery will not be exchanged or refunded.
Once www.lifephotos.com.cy receives the client’s ordered item back, www.lifephotos.com.cy staff will inspect it and notify the client that the returned item has been received. www.lifephotos.com.cy will immediately notify the client on the status of the refund after inspecting the item. If the return is approved, www.lifephotos.com.cy will initiate a refund to the Bank Wire, cash or original method of payment of the client. The client will receive the credit within a certain amount of days. The client should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if still the refund is not received. www.lifephotos.com.cy may replace product if it is defective or damaged. In order to exchange it for the same item, client should send us an email at email@example.com. Depending on where the client lives, the time it may take for exchanged product to reach the client, may vary.
In case of any error with receiving your ordered Digital Product, you can contact us within 24 hours after if you have received your order and our staff will inspect the status and depending on what kind of error appeared, all necessary actions will be taken.
